In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the ska88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ska88 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. ska88 will conduct age verification as part of its KYC process and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met.

• Not an Excluded Person: You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the ska88 platform.

To access ska88's real-money gambling products, Users must complete a full account registration. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Limits vary by payment method and account tier. Your current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes, subject to the processing times of the originating bank.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 15 to 90 minutes. Gold and Diamond VIP tier members receive priority processing with a target turnaround of under 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the ska88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification. ska88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification.

ska88 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider, including during Indonesian national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or the Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Processing times may be extended during peak periods.

ska88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10x (ten times) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute 100% of settled stakes. The exact contribution schedule is published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Wallet without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a Wallet at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: ska88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion intended to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If a User requests a withdrawal while Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements have not been met, ska88 reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Funds from the Wallet prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. ska88 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

All wagers placed on ska88 — whether on sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slots, or any other game — are subject to the following general rules:

• Finality of Wagers: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the ska88 system, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the User, except where a specific game or market provides an explicit cash-out or edit feature.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may vary by game type, market, and account tier.

• Insufficient Funds: ska88 will not accept a wager that exceeds the available real-money balance in a User's Wallet. Partial wagers from combined real-money and Bonus Fund balances follow the rules of the active bonus.

ska88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time-Out: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity or for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to operate your ska88 Account.

All content on the ska88 platform — including but not limited to the ska88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ska88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ska88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any ska88 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any ska88 software.
• Use the ska88 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on ska88 platform content.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's licensing terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ska88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ska88 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ska88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has engaged in any Restricted Activity as defined in Section 8.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.
• The User has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the ska88 platform or to other users.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, ska88 reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting ska88 support. Any real-money Wallet balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (subject to completed KYC and no pending bonus wagering) will be returned via the User's registered payment method.

ska88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, ska88 will provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the ska88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
